Sirjan Grand Hotel

A project is being established in Kerman, Sirjan. It occupies a land of 70269 square meters with an area of ​​27128 square meters. The project comprises a hotel, shopping center, hypermarket, hall, sports halls, conference center, restaurant, and food court. The hotel is a 14-floor building complex that includes a parking lot, lobby, hotel restaurant, coffee shop, conference hall, exhibition hall, 136 rooms, billiard halls, gym, swimming pool, and restaurant.

Additionally, the complex of halls spread over four floors includes a hall for various ceremonies and conferences with a capacity of 800 people. The first floor includes a wedding room and a traditional coffee shop. The commercial section that spans over four floors comprises multi-purpose commercial stores, a hypermarket, a food court, a coffee shop, and an amusement park. The commercial section is located next to the hotel.

The project is still under construction and requires an investment of 7000 billion Rials.
